Privacy notice
Last updated: 3 November 2026. This notice explains the information involved when you browse sanedevs.com or contact SaneDevs through this website. For privacy questions, email teamsanedevs@gmail.com.
Enquiries and project briefs
When you submit a website enquiry or planning checklist, the form sends the information you enter to FormSubmit for delivery to our Gmail inbox. This can include your name, email, company, project details, budget and preferred timeline, together with the page you submitted from. We use these details to understand your request, reply and discuss a possible project. Emailing us directly also shares the contents of your message with our email provider.
Please share only what is needed to explain the work. Do not include passwords, API keys or sensitive customer records. Project-specific data processing and access requirements should be agreed separately before sharing production data.
Hosting and third-party requests
Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website and may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information, to deliver, secure and operate the service. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information sent with those requests. These providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Provider information is available in the Cloudflare privacy policy, FormSubmit website and Google privacy policy. External portfolio and marketplace links take you to websites with their own privacy practices.
Browser storage
The homepage uses session storage to remember whether its introductory animation has already played in that browser tab. The site's own code does not include an advertising tracker or analytics SDK. Infrastructure providers may handle security or operational information under their own policies.
Your requests and retention
Enquiry information can remain in our mailbox and the delivery providers' systems. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact teamsanedevs@gmail.com from the address you used and identify the relevant enquiry. We will review your request, including any records needed for an active project or applicable legal obligations; provider backup and retention rules may also apply.
This notice covers the public website, not the separate privacy practices of client applications we build. If this website's data handling changes, we will update this page.
