What to include

A useful first message describes the outcome you want, the tools you already use and the work your team currently does by hand. Include the systems that need to connect, the inputs and outputs, who will use the result and which actions need human approval. If you have a budget range or a target date, share those too.

You do not need a technical specification to start. Our free planning checklists can help you organize the details. Please do not send passwords, API keys, financial account details or sensitive customer records in an initial enquiry.

What happens next

We review the brief, clarify the requirements and confirm whether we can help. Before development starts, we agree scope, timeline and a fixed project price in a one-page plan. Sending an enquiry does not book a project, commit you to a purchase or guarantee a delivery date.
