n8n & LLM Workflows

n8n AI Automation for Repetitive Business Workflows

We design and build n8n workflows that connect your inbox, databases, and internal tools with LLMs like Claude and GPT-4. Every workflow runs on your own infrastructure or cloud account, keeping data private and avoiding per-task SaaS fees. When an AI step needs review, we route it to Slack, email, or a dashboard for human approval before anything sends.

A good fit for

Who it's for.

The friction

Problems we solve.

Repetitive manual triage

Staff read inbound emails, classify support tickets, and extract attachments by hand instead of doing high-value work.

Unreliable AI experiments

Generic chatbots hallucinate or send incorrect replies because there are no clear guardrails or human approval loops.

Spiraling automation costs

Per-task SaaS pricing becomes prohibitively expensive once workflows run tens of thousands of times each month.

The build

What we build.

Self-hosted n8n setup

Clean installation on your cloud server or Docker host, configured with backups and error alerts.

Document and email extraction

Workflows that parse PDFs, invoices, and emails with LLMs and write structured fields to your database.

Human-in-the-loop approval routing

Slack, Teams, or email approval buttons so team members verify AI actions before external messages go out.

API and database connections

Reliable webhook and REST integrations linking your CRM, ERP, PostgreSQL, or Google Sheets.

Runbooks and complete handover

Documented workflow diagrams, environment configuration, and full repository ownership from day one.

A clear path

How we work.

  1. 01

    Message

You tell us the manual workflow that costs your team the most time. We review your tools and reply within one working day.

  2. 02

    One-page plan

We write down exact triggers, actions, AI prompts, error fallbacks, and a fixed price on a single page.

  3. 03

    Weekly demos

You test real working workflows in an n8n staging instance each week and adjust prompts before launch.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We deploy to your servers, hand over all credentials and export files, and monitor live runs for edge cases.

FAQ

Straight answers.

How does pricing work?+

We work on a fixed price per project. After reviewing your requirements, we give you a flat quote with defined milestones, so you never see surprise hourly bills.

How long does an n8n automation project take?+

Most projects take between two and four weeks depending on complexity. You receive a schedule in our one-page plan and see a working demo at the end of every week.

Who owns the code and workflows?+

You own everything. All n8n workflow JSON files, custom code nodes, prompts, and cloud configurations belong to your company from day one.

Which tool licenses and accounts do we need?+

You will need your own n8n instance (self-hosted or n8n Cloud), an API account with Anthropic or OpenAI, and access to the target tools you want to connect.

How do you handle security and sensitive data?+

We build inside your own cloud account or on self-hosted servers with least-privilege API credentials. Your data never passes through any third-party SaneDevs server.
