The overview
As a two-person team, we built a Python pipeline that expands a news headline into a branded script, automates avatar video generation, processes the video and connects the workflow to YouTube upload steps.

Prepare the script
I added language detection, branded script expansion and YouTube metadata generation.

Generate the avatar video
I automated HeyGen avatar selection, script entry, generation and download with Playwright.

Finish and publish
I connected video processing and YouTube upload steps in run_flow.py.
